30 Jan Two Beginners Classes!
Welcome back to those who have already begun Term 1! And I am very much looking forward to seeing the rest of you lovelies next week! If you didn’t already know, I am advertising for a Tai Chi for Beginners, and a Meditation for Beginners class to start as of Wednesday, the 4th February.
Tai Chi for Beginners – 6-7pm
Meditation for Beginners – 7.30-8.30pm

Tai Chi and Meditation are great, and I do enjoy meeting new students and starting new classes. So many health benefits to both of these healing practices, aside from it being a lovely social gathering for the participants. Every class is different. I find the dynamics and the energy exchanges so interesting to observe, but what I have found is that the common thread is, everyone is there to give time to themselves as well as engage with other like-minded people.
