We’re coming to the end of Term 1, with the last class running this Friday. I hope this has been an enjoyable, and relaxing start to the year for you all, with both Tai Chi and Meditation! Feel free to share this page on social media/via email if you know anyone who might be interested in attending classes! Below are the dates for Term 2, and new class information.
Monday – Tai Chi 6-7pm & Meditation 7.30-8.30pm // 28th April – 30th June. 8 weeks. *No classes on the 12th May and 9th June.
Tuesday – Tai Chi 10-11am & Tai Chi 6.45-8pm // 29th April – 24th June. 8 weeks. *No classes on the 13th May.
Wednesday – Meditation 10-11am & Tai Chi 6.45-8pm // 30th April – 25th June. 8 weeks.*No classes on the 14th May.
Thursday – NEW Pilates with Peta 6.45-7.45pm // 1st May – 19th June. 8 weeks.
Friday – Tai Chi 10-11am & NEW Tai Chi for Beginners 11.30am-12.30pm // 2nd May – 27th June. 8 weeks. *No classes on the 16th May.
*I am currently advertising for a Meditation class for Teens! I would love to start a class for high school students. With hope, I can get a group together for Tuesday’s at 3.30-4.15pm.
*Private lessons are available for Tai Chi & Meditation if the timetable is unsuitable.
