Hello! I hope you all had a lovely break over the summer, as well as a wonderful start to the new year! New year, new energy, new opportunities, new beginnings, new lessons! Remember to take it one step at a time…

This term of Tai Chi, Meditation, and Yoga will run for 11 weeks! See the timetable below, or contact myself on 0410 704 413 to book a private lesson.

Monday: Tai Chi 6-7pm & Tai Chi 7:15-8:30pm // 30th January – 10th April

Tuesday: Tai Chi 10-11am // 31st January – 11th April

Wednesday: Meditation 10-11am, Tai Chi 6-7pm, & Meditation 7:30-8:30pm // 1st February – 12th April

Thursday: Yoga 6:30-7:30pm // Ongoing class

Friday: ~ new class ~ Tai Chi & Meditation combination class 9:30-11am // 3rd February – 7th April *10 weeks
