21 Mar Tai Chi Tuesday – Sun Style
This week’s Tai Chi Tuesday video features a few movements from the Tai Chi for Arthritis sequence, which actually comes from the 73 forms originally. Movements: Backwards single whip (left), punch under elbow, repulse monkeys, leisurely tying coat, and open and close. I have a soft spot for TCA as it was the first tai chi sequenced I learned when I was 19 years old. Tai Chi has been very beneficial for the arthritis in my knees; easing stiffness, increasing strength in my legs, while decreasing pain. It’s a lovely, and gentle form, and a great one for my first experience with tai chi.
In other news, I am currently studying Astrology, and loving it! Looking forward to bringing this into Karuna Wellness Centre in the future. Enjoy your week, lovelies!
