Qi is the life energy that circulates throughout the body performing many functions to maintain good health. Practising tai chi helps to strengthen your Qi, therefore improving your health.

About Our Programs and Classes

The Tai Chi for Health Programs have been composed by Dr Paul Lam and a team of tai chi and medical experts. These classes are very gentle and students are encouraged to work within their comfort zone. Classes run for 1 hour. They’re great for beginner, intermediate or experienced tai chi practitioners.
