23 Dec Another Year (almost) Over
Yes, the time has come for another year to end. Tai Chi and Meditation classes finished up this past Friday. Term dates for next year have yet to be decided, but keep an eye on the blog as the dates for 2014 will be posted here.
Well… In many ways, this year has been incredibly challenging, testing, and painful. Though I remember that there is a learning experience in everything… there is light in darkness. I am grateful for those moments of clarity, of grace. The moments where I feel and know that I will be ok, that everything will be ok. These moments of spontaneous peace are truly beautiful.
I am also so grateful for my Centre, my students, and my classes. Without the consistency, stability, and healing nature of my classes, I don’t know where I’d be! I’m completely and utterly grateful for my classes, and for my beautiful students. Their support, and kindness always keep me going. I mean it when I say that I have a place in my heart for all of them, and I’m so blessed to be doing what I do. With that said, one of my dear students passed away just a few days ago… As I write this, my heart is heavy. Lovely, light, funny, kind Anna – gone much too soon… The class will not be the same without her… xxx
May you all have a safe, happy and peaceful break over Christmas and New Year’s. May 2014 be harmonious for us all!
